I support the Czech association Zvířata nejíme (“We Don't Eat Animals”) personally, outside the proceeds of any single edition. It is an animal liberation organisation that has spent years documenting how animals are treated in Czech animal agriculture – and crucially, it does not stop at the footage. Alongside investigations it runs public education, helps people move to plant-based food, and cares for animals rescued from farms.
For me, protecting nature and protecting animals are two sides of the same coin. Animal agriculture drives a huge share of deforestation, water use and emissions – and at the same time causes suffering behind walls nobody gets to see. Zvířata nejíme takes those walls down and lets people decide based on facts rather than advertising.
Investigations in slaughterhouses and intensive farms, campaigns such as mLÉK.O. (the first honest “advert” about milk in the Czech Republic) and End Slaughterhouses, its own documentaries (Testimony, Teenage Activists, Rescue), an educational site for children and teenagers, and hands-on support for sanctuaries and rescued animals.
If you want to support the association directly, you can do so through their support page or by shopping in their store.
Footage from slaughterhouses and intensive farms showing the unvarnished reality.
mLÉK.O., End Slaughterhouses and other campaigns opening public debate.
Practical guidance and support for sanctuaries caring for hens, cows, pigs and goats.
Recipes, guidance and an educational site for children and teenagers.
I support this project directly, not through proceeds from a specific edition.
All direct support of the project goes through the organization's official website.
Write to me and I will get back to you with an offer.
